The school that uses SchoolLink is responsible for the data it enters. SchoolLink Technologies processes it on the school’s behalf.
Data the app collects
Names, attendance, remarks, phone numbers, CNIC. Confirm this list against the app before publishing.
Third-party services
Firebase Cloud Messaging, DigitalOcean (Singapore), email and SMS providers.
Children’s data
Retention
Attendance and similar records are kept as school history.
Access and correction
Parents request access or correction through their school.
